Hear It
If you haven't already, listen to the song here.

Tips for playing the song
A D2 is just like a D only without the middle finger on the high E string. Shape your C2 like this: A string middle finger on second fret, D string index finder on first fret, B string ring finger on third fret. The second time through the song, instead of playing D2 and C2, I just play D and C to build the song a bit. Also, on the first time through, I leave the high E-string open the whole time so it acts as a drone (a note that stays constant through the whole verse). I usually build the song each time through (sometimes to the point of yelling - but that kinda nixes the "quietly" part).

About the lyrics
These words come directly from Psalm 62.5 (NLT). I've considered including a second verse from a New Testament text. Perhaps I'll add it later.

Using This Song
If you'd like to use this song for personal or group worship, go for it. I wrote it as a expression of worship to our Lord. Please let me know if you decide to use this song. It will be a great encouragement to me!
